We are located at 7876 E. Florentine Rd. in Prescott Valley, AZ. The closest cross street is Windsong off of Highway 69.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No, because we are a dedicated emergency animal hospital we do operate on a walk-in basis. You are welcome to call on your way in so we may collect some initial information prior to your arrival. Each patient will be triaged and an assessment status will be assigned to prioritize the most critical patient to be treated first.
We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How much is it to bring my pet in?
Our emergency examination is $105. Once your pet is examined a team member will present a detailed estimate for your approval.
Can I make payments?
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We do accept ScratchPay a healthcare payment option and CareCredit a healthcare credit card option. Both options require an application process that may be done from your phone. We also accept major credit cards and cash.
What are some common emergency symptoms?
Difficulty breathing, bleeding, limping, vomiting, diarrhea are some of the most common symptoms of emergencies we see.
Will my pet be alone while at the hospital?
No, we are here 24/7 and our patients are monitored during their time here.
What is the difference between emergency care at YEAH and my family veterinary practice?
Your pet may be able to receive urgent care and emergent care during your family veterinarian’s normal business hours, YEAH is open 24/7, and our team is trained to provide dedicated urgent, emergent, and critical care.
How will my family veterinarian know what care was provided at YEAH?
When you list your family veterinarian during registration we will email the medical records including any diagnostic testing results to your family veterinarian upon check out from our care.
